At Ozraa we are committed to providing you with the best quality products and the highest level of service, we will never be pleased if any of (You)honourable customers do not a satisfactory service and product. However, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of that item. You also have the option to exchange it for a different size or colour. Certain or sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded. Please make sure you fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. In addition, we cannot refund or accept return the products that are made in your size and the quality you ordered those are such as Curtain and blind, Embroidered clothes, and Jewelleries. You are more than welcome to return or exchange any product if it meets our guidelines.

  • In all cases, the items returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

Faulty Product Returns

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Can’t find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don’t have that, get in touch and we’ll do our best to track it down.

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

A standard delivery charge will be cut from the actual price of the product you would like to return due to delivery cost back to the origin country of the product

We cannot exchange pierced jewellery or tableware’s or any clothes that are embroidered at the same price. All exchanges are subject to availability.
